What are these "stains" and how do I get rid of them?

My shirt is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. I don't know where these came from and they didn't come out in the wash.

Seconding deoderant, but it can also be lint if this initially started after a wash. I get something similar to this if a tissue or napkin was left in a pocket somewhere at some point.

Sorry for the bump but I have anecdotally heard people complain about similar stains being from laundry pods that don’t fully dissolve. Might be something to consider if you use them

They went away with another wash, it was probably either lint or deodorant as other people said
