Faulty pcb (RALT FN)?

I just got my F1 v2 delivered today and the RALT doesnt seem to work no matter the switch in. I tried 4 different switches so it seems it's the pcb. I don't really know what to do here

your ralt is probably bound to mo(1) check for that first

Hello, The right Alt key is set as the default Fn key, so I think you can connect to VIA and change it to another key and test it. By default, all H87nu PCBs have the right Alt key as the Fn key. It appears that you have not enabled the test matrix in the key tester screen. After connecting the board in the via, you will see the test matrix check as shown in the image. By default, it is set to the FN key, so you need to check it in the test matrix. You can also set it to a different key in the VIA configure tab and test it out.
