Information booths - Pop-ups, materials, etc.
Designing all the things this needs can start now, even if it will take a while to gather the resources to run some of these.
Good design would allow this to be done on a shoe-string budget. It is critical that the booth make a strong visual impression and convey important information to passers-by. A kit approach might be a good idea.
I'm starting this thread and will get to populating it with concepts and sketches as I get to it. Anyone want to add stuff?
