only attaches compile-time type information correct? If so, is there any reason that

S.record(S.string,S.any)

S.record(S.string,S.any)

should work, but

S.record(pipe(S.string, S.brand('my-brand')), S.any)

S.record(pipe(S.string, S.brand('my-brand')), S.any)

shouldn't?
