Sizes of metal blocks for machining keyboards
I saw the photo of brass block for producing the brass bottom of Glare65 and am curious how much CNC works is required for each case piece.
Do anyone have idea on the typical sizes of metal blocks for producing different case components, say 60/65/TKL?

Seems like you are planning to design. I asked the same question to some supplier/manufacturer. The blocks come in different sizes and thickness, per mm if I am not mistaken. Maybe an additional 2mm from the highest and widest point (x, y,z axes) would be enough. Better to ask a manufacturer to be sure.
