Go to terminal in the distro and type if It returns an IP address your internet is working.
I think you need to activate something like no sandbox in Firefox

If he's using stock manjaro modded, the biggest issue would be there's no internet. Firefox is it's own separate issue.

And modded manjaro is known to have bad dns servers which need replaced, and the secondary issue is firefox which already has a posted fix in support. But the name of the forum is no internet connection, Firefox doesn't tell you that there's no internet, it tells you it crashed.

The issue is first no internet and second Firefox crashing. I posted the fix for no internet and I've stated that the fix for Firefox crashing is pinned in the support channel.

As far as I understand and found out NO modded version of Andronix really works. They ALL have problems with internet and no working apps like openoffice. 3 out of 4 do not survive an action like sudo apt upgrade, sudo apt update, it is really not workable, it is a pitty.
