Can't log in to Epic after hotfix
Hi, I'm getting the invalid credentials error when trying to log in to Epic after the latest hotfix. I'm sure I've had this problem before but can't remember how I fix it. Could someone help please?

I get asked to do a captcha test and then receive the following error. I know this is a known problem as I've had it before but I can't remember what I did to fix and a Google isn't helping. Can someone help please, I'm pretty sure it's an easy, known problem.

Thanks. Just tried that and now getting the message "your account is temporarily locked. Please try again later" Now what can I do?
Don't worry, I've figured it out. Just changed my password and it's working now.
