Downloading Content Manifest

This has been happening in the last 2-3 days for no reason at all. Downloading content manifest takes ages to complete and eventually i cant connect (Connect attempt 1,2,3 and thats it i cant). Anyone knows why is this happening? Note: I can connect to server 2 without problems
