how do I style these jeans?

The details like the side pocket and hammer holder (?) Make them tricky to style with collared shirts I think? They have a workwear vibe, but don't necessarily go with my other workwear pieces like my chambray shirt, which is also blue. It works, but I don't always want to go full monchromatic/all denim
I have styled it with white trainers/nb sneakers and a grey sweatshirt, which I like, but I can't seem to make more outfits with them. Not sure if I'm just overthinking it though. Any and all comments are appreciated!
