Low fps after pc crash

My pc crashed while gaming valorant after my housing cooler dropped on my cpu cooler, it made a weird sound and the pc froze, after restarting the PC and playing valorant i am stuck on 50-100fps in range.. before i had 500fps inrange.
Everyting else is working (desktop)
Specs: 2070 Super, I5 1100 400f.
