iOS App not backing up automatically anymore

Not sure when this started but not more than a couple weeks ago. I get a notification of the auto update being triggered but nothing happens until I open the app. I made sure my phone does not have the Optimize Iphone storage turned on and both the app and server are in sync. Here is the error logs I get and the app version Any ideas what could be? The photos do upload when I open the app so it seems to be an issue with the automatic backgroun task not be in able to upload them in background
