Which of these used dress shoes would you go with?
Looking for some black shoes for a wedding as a groomsman, and I'd like to buy used. Between these three, which seem best in terms of condition? I don't have enough experience to tell what can/can't be fixed with some reconditioning or polish. It's probably easiest to refer to them by their backgrounds - white vs grass vs grey wood background. Thanks!

Gray wood pair would be my choice. Then white background and grass backgound last.
Either of the Oxford shoes would work. They need some shoe cream and a polish. Also the laces would look much better done in a bar pattern.
Do the sellers have photos of the bottoms of the shoes? That’s one easy way to tell how much they’ve been worn. Unless they’ve been resoled, but 95% of these shoes on the secondhand market haven’t been.
Here are some pics of the bottoms! The ones with the grass appear to be rubber?
Honestly didn't even catch that the grass background was derbies. I'll pass on those. I think I like the grey wood background the most but am a bit concerned about the level of creasing
Probably much easier if I just share the ebay links here...

They probably look more creased than the other pair because they don’t have shoe trees in them. They’d be ok with a foot in them I’d expect.
Good call - I'll probably go with them as they seem to be in the best condition, and the knick in the left shoe is pretty minor. Thanks all!
Buy oxfords. First or last, both have their upsides and downsides. I bet you could get either pair for $50 or less.
Also ebay links can be chopped after the itm id, everything after the ? Is unnecessary.
