Worldedit as a voting reward?

Hi guys I’m trying to have it to where players can get world edit on PlotsSquared when they vote for the server for 24 hours. I got it to where it gives them “plots.worldedit.bypass” & “plots.toggle” but when the player tried to use //wand it says unknown command.
Is there a permission I’m missing. I also don’t know how to give them the reward for only 24 hours. Thanks!
