Fortnite: "Missing Required Shaders"

it seems that the game requires to install some additional stuff that cannot be downloaded from heroic games launcher

there is no option for such a thing on heroic

before anyone asks: yes i am using Windows 11, i'm not using Linux or Mac, i'm aware that fortnite DOES NOT work on those platforms. UPDATE: for anyone stumbling upon this problem run the game with -d3d11 in the game arguments, no DX12 for the time being.
