size check + what to pair with Uniqlo x EG fleece cardigan jacket

I just wanted to check that the fit on my cardigan jacket isn't too small and also to ask some advice on what to pair with it. I was thinking for pairing under it, I could do a thin merino crew neck or turtleneck (though maybe that woudn't have enough texture?) or the Uniqlo turtleneck cotton long sleeve t . For layering over it, I think a balmaccan would make sense?
