Can workers be triggered by R2?
Example is if a new file is uploaded to R2, can event be triggered to start a worker? Reading the documentation I can't tell if this is possible the way it is in the AWS ecosystem and would prefer to migrate to Cloudflare.

It not currently possible.
That's disappointing, is there any hack for like and event to be sent to a pub/sub then a working can consume that?
Right now, there isn't any event that comes from when an object is uploaded to R2
