Reopen both 1st boot tutorials
edit: 1 of the 2 popups is called "Welcome Center"
How to reopen both 1st boot tutorials?
One popup explained 'blendOS Settings' with a link to open it.
The other popup gave recommended programs like GIMP, which when clicked, opened the program's page in Discovery App for installation.
I find it strange, how hard it is, to find out how to reopen these popups. (Googling didn't pull up anything either.)
Maybe searching for 'Tutorial', in the Application Launcher, should show a 'Tutorials for a New User' link that opens both of these popups?
(Even inside 'blendOS Settings' there is no way to reopen the 1st boot popup tutorial for it.)

Well why would you want to re-open it?
Same reasons they are shown in the first place.
Just open Discover and search for the app
It’s that simple
You’re kinda presenting a bit of an XY problem here
User asks for help with problem Y but they actually want help with problem X
I know it "should" be simple, so which 'App' opens either of the 1st boot popups? I asked for help with exactly what I wanted and already mentioned that I searched discover and google. I guess you need to hear my original response to your question... If there is no reason for a new user to review those popups now, then there was never a reason to show them in the first place, and you are implying it is a bug that they were ever shown. So either way, my question is bringing to light an issue with these popups.
As a new user of blendOS, I have plenty to learn, but answering my other questions will not give an answer to this one or make it go away.
We’ll probably look into this, you’re probably looking for a binary hidden somewhere with blend in the title

Found one! Searching for "Welcome Center" in Discover pulled one of them up. Its window is called "Welcome to KDE Plasma".
no shit and THAT'S NOT PART OF BLENDOS
THAT'S PART OF KDE
Yeah that's KDE bud nothing to do with Blend 😝🤣😝🤣😝🤣😝🤣
Welp, it was one of two popups, that displayed after an unmodified blendOS install. I know your new version just switched over to supporting multiple desktops, so it takes time for edge cases to be brought to your attention, but as your advertising highlights plasma desktop, it very much has to do with blendOS. (Plasma and atomic updates being the requirement for my use case.)
Did either of you figure out how to open the blendOS popup? No? Funny how you keep dodging the real question and do not even want the part of the answer, so far found, to be posted here (where other new users trying to reopen these popups can find the answer without your counter productive heckling).
Just saw this thread, and thought I'd let you know that you can open the welcome screen with
plasma-welcome from a terminal window as well :)
