helmets and hats
helmets and hats are not loading on my character and any character that did have a helmet no longer does, is there anything on my end i can do to fix this

Hey! Sorry to butt-in here, but it seems like you're asking about missing in-game textures and collisions (roads, floors and walls).
If this is the case, check if you have enough VRAM by using
cl_drawperf 1 in F8 and try putting your FiveM and GTA installations on a fast drive (typically an SSD).
If the problem persists, you can try to raise the Extended Texture Budget setting within the pause menu:
