Legendary Error "EACCESS"

Legendary Error saying "Error running command "/Users/billy/School/legendary.exe --version": Error: spawn ./legendary.exe EACCES at ChildProcess._handle.onexit (node:internal/child_process:283:19) at onErrorNT (node:internal/child_process:476:16) at process.processTicksAndRejections (node:internal/process/task_queues:82:21)" How do I fix this error. I am trying to install Rocket League but this error comes up every time.
