HIdeally we'll have a pretty decent setup to spin out custom ISO quickly, possibly even generating an embedded kickstart along the way

AThe mkociso tool isn’t documented because it’s not finished but the goal is to allow us to do

Hmake oci isoAIt calls Lorax underneath, we need to /usr/share/anaconda/interactive-defaults.ks to set up
the default kickstart config
And for the online installer we need to clobber grub.cfg with a jinja2 call (we have a yaml file we support to generate online ISOs more easily)
