Fall Guys doesn't launch after latest game update

[EDIT] Solved by disabling DXVK.
[EDIT2] I should probably update the Ubuntu version...

After some time without playing Fall Guys, I was going to launch it, found that there was a game update available, installed it (big mistake!), and now I'm no longer able to launch the game. Blank screen when launching (after the anti-cheat splash), and when I Alt-tab outside of it I see a popup window saying that there was an error with DX11. The game was working before.
Error message says:
Switching to resolution 1920x1080 failed
Screen: DX11 could not switch resolution (1920x1080 fs=1 hz=0)

(I'm already at that resolution, by the way)

I was also messing with my system-wide Wine configuration before (when trying to install another game), updating Wine to a newer version, but I already tried reverting to the previous version without success. In any case, I understand that Heroic uses its own Wine/Proton binaries "isolated" from the ones installed in the system.

Is this a known issue with the game update, or did I break something?

Heroic v2.7.1 (haven't updated to v2.9.2 yet)
Ubuntu 18.04 (haven't updated to 20.04 yet)
Fall Guys installed following the wiki instructions (and THAT one is updated)
