thats not normal...
or at least not on a fivem server like rsm
It works fine in normal gta
and especially without graphics mods

I get 120+ on normal gta and every other game, rsm is the only one that does this

For world textures to load correctly, you need to have enough VRAM to spare and have FiveM on a fast drive. If the problem persists, you can try raising the Extended Texture Budget value on Pause Menu's settings.
How to work around disappearing or low-quality collisions, textures, roads, walls, etc.
1. Check whether you have enough VRAM using
cl_drawperf 1 in F8.
2. Try putting your FiveM and GTA installations on a fast drive (typically an SSD).
3. Raise the Extended Texture Budget setting within the pause menu:

your GPU is pinned at 100%, is thermal throttling, and your VRAM isn't up to snuff (we recommend 8GB or more for the current content)
this should improve after our next content pass, but don't count on that since it seems like your GPU is struggling a bit with not a lot going on
well the thing is i hvae 2 gpus at 4gb vram
