How can add custom launch parameters to a game?

I don't know, i'm on steam deck OS 3.4 and on Black Ops 1 this command is like night\day for me, Zero lag now

this is also unneeded because flatpak mesa is already at 23.1.7, which already adopted gpl steamOS 3.4 is still using old mesa for Steam games
