High ping regardless of anything, really
Hello! I've been trying to host a server for a while, but the one main issue is incredibly high ping. Annoyingly, it seems like this ping is completely unrelated to basically anything I've tried.
This has applied to vanilla, forge and fabric servers. I've tried multiple versions, different modlists, port forwarding or radminVPN, E4MC (that didnt work) and nothing has worked at all thus far. It doesn't even seem to be based on distance from the server, because I've had people on entirely different continents both having similar ping.
Not entirely sure if it's relevant, but I also had someone tracert to my radmin IP and it's 139ms- significantly better than the actual ping. At this point I'm convinced it has something to do with some setting on my computer that I don't know about.
Anyone got any advice at all? I'm getting desperate.
