UI / Chat is slow when in dense populated areas of the game (carmeets mainly)

Hello, i've had an issue with the ui (speedometer/chat) which is delayed so bad sometimes its like 25-30 seconds behind, its kinda annoying because i cant see what i type and my speedometer doesnt read the correct speed (not really an major issue but still)

Any fixes that may help to fix this?
