Keybinds/layout for Satisfactory on SteamDeck
Hello, I eas wondering if anyone knows what the controls are in this game? There is no community layouts for this game using Heroic as far as I could see.

Change the name of the game within steam to the game's steam ID, then you can change the controller, then change it back to Satisfactory

I don't have it on Steam. Can I add a "shortcut" on Steam that directly leads to the game instead of going via Heroic?

also avoid launching games while in desktop mode, it's not very stable

I dont launch in desktop mode. I have added Heroic to Steam. So I launch Heroic via Steam library and then launch Satisfactory via Heroic

Okay, I will try and add the game to Steam then. And thrn change the name to the steam ID. Then the community layouts should appear?

@RawToast just to check. I've added the game to Steam now. So now I go to the game settings -> properties and then change the name to the app ID?

a good way to do it is to go to the game's web page
the number in the URL is the game's ID
526870
for satisfactory
looks like it's the same as the app ID, good to know 🙂

Seems like you dont have to change the name, it was enough to add it to steam and then click the controller symbol next to the settings 😄
I havent tested it yet, but I got to choose from community layouts atleast
