probe triggered prior to movement

My nozzle was clogged.... had to remove it completely and clean. After I reinstalled it, I first reset the z-offset (probe_calibrate). When I then wanted to start printing, it only threw the error probe triggered Prior to movement at the fifth checkpoint when calibrating the print bed. Checked the cables, set z-offset again and found no error anywhere. Tried the whole thing again with the bed_mesh_calibrate command. There it threw the same error only at the second checkpoint (see picture). Where is the error?

Well, usually it is what it said. The probe has no proper connection and triggers early. Usually a loose contact

There is not a loose contact, i have checked everything. Also a have put a new cable at the inductive probe...

No way 😉 The message tells you, the probe was triggered before it was supposed to send a signal. So, what is it? This message is fairly accurate. You could send your printer to hell and just leave the probe hanging sideways 😉 just to proofe your point. If you still thing it is a software/psycological issue, ask Mickel no pun intended, I know how frustrating it may be

Do you have lift z on in between probe movements? This happened with me and the probe would be triggered because the bed was too close

Are you using the P&F probe from RR? You can make sure the probe is working by the LED. It should be red and go dark when it detects metal

yes i am, i can try that after Work... I am using that probe an it is working. As you can see on the picture the error is not there immediately but after a few checkpoints

I had a similar issue when the nozzle would hit the bed before the probe would activate In this case maybe the probe is too far down?
