You can probably enable steam runtime under gamesettings and see if it fixes it. Else i would install the windows version and try to run it via wine

The linux version are not really maintained. Libs changed and can make the game unplayable. The steam runtime can help to provide old linux libs to avoid such things
So having steam installed and toggle steam runtime in heroic game settings for native linux games is mostly needed

Native uses system libraries, this is not supported by Valve
Runtime has its own set of libraries that ensure Steam and it's apps run across multiple distros, old and new ones
runtime version has the soldier runtime based on LD_LIBRARY_PATH

This command will help for me (IG2)

The command thing is made for steam. This will not work in heroic. The enviroment variables can be added
So you need to add the enviroment variables in the game settings. Ignore the
%command%
