The Significance of Contributing `Effect.exhaustive` to Effect
A helper I always find myself writing is
Effect.exhaustive which is <R, never, A> => Effect.Effect<R, never, A>. Basically does nothing but guarantee that I'm handling all errors in my program. Does it make sense to contribute it to Effect?
