How does automatic port redirection work? And why doesn't it work persistently?
Hello, I have some questions about port forwarding. When I start an application in code-server, this works great and the opened port is instantly recognized.
However, when I start a docker container with a port mapping in my development container (and yes, I have my own docker.sock inside the container using dind) I can manually add the port and it works, but it is not automatically detected. Where's the difference here?
I'd also love being able to add my own port forwardings using a script, but to my understanding these are created using a websocket sending binary instructions to vs-code. Is this correct? Is there another api or something?
