Cloudflare Tunnel - Port Redirect

Hello,

im running Coder with code-server behind a CF Tunnel on a server.
I can access the Coder dashboard and everything works fine, except the port redirecting. When i run a app in code-server with opens up some ports i get the links with the redirect but they dont work. I get a 521 Error when i try to access it. Any ideas?
