Promoted Change Not Being Applied In Production

hello πŸ‘‹ I added an SMS step to a few of my workflows and then promoted each of them. It shows the correct steps in the Production Workflow viewer. However when I test out the notification in production it is not sending me texts, and it's not showing the SMS step in the Production Activity Feed. Everything is working fine on the development side. I'm using the cloud version. Quick note: I added a completely new workflow with just an SMS step and that works just fine (I got text in production so I do not believe it's an issue with my SMS provider). But when I added a new SMS step at the end of existing workflows it's not working. My environment id is 633f8881e2a2de81dfda0005 in case you need it. Here's a transaction id: d0bf3383-c050-452c-995f-2e19262c4c77 of a message that was sent after promoting the changes, and the changes were not reflected.

Hi @Kenny [bigheartedkb] Could you please confirm that when you added new sms step in the existing workflow in development environment and triggered the workflow, did it work? if you promote this workflow to production, this second sms step in the same workflow is visible in production?

Correct, it worked in development. It’s visible when I click on the workflow in production

But it gets failed in second step? first step executes successfully?

I just double checked and it seems to actually be working. There must have been a delay or something
