hoppsie - Hello, I am having a problem where if...

Hello, I am having a problem where if I plug in the micro to the right half only half of the LEDs light up, if I plug into the left half all the LEDs light up. But when testing the keys the right half of the keyboard doesn't work. When plugged into the right side nothing works

I have noticed that the light on the MCU on the right half is always lit up no matter what While the other does not
