Unable to view subdomain coder_apps/exposed ports of workspaces other than users

Using AWS EKS, also using OIDC with AzureAD, I am unable to share my subdomain for exposed ports on my workspaces. I see the rror that I do not have access even when I add the share = "public". I have also added to the values.yaml file:
name: CODER_DANGEROUS_ALLOW_PATH_APP_SHARING
value: "true"
