Double peak in both X and Y

I am watching this video and he mentioned that double peaks might mean loose bolt?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-yc_XM8sP4

But i have tightened everything on my carriage.
Adxl is on ebb36 toolboard which is mounted to the back of my vz-hextrudort, seems rigid to me
