valorant slow and shitty

takes ages to load up, takes up to 1-4 rounds before loading me in, (im stuck on the loading screen) and freezes whenever i click this to go windowed ( fullscreen windowed stuff ) and then freezes for like 15 mins, this game is pure dogshit someone help me
