frogpad pcb unresponsive
my frogpad has been facing some issues regarding the button that's supposed to be numpad 5. It misses inputs / delayed inputs, and when I resolder it it gets better for a short while before the issue comes back. Am i able to buy a new replacement or get one?

Have you tried changing the switch?
Yup i've tried three different switches (all geon blacks). The issue seems to be very intermittent, but seems to improve everytime its resoldered.
I'm willing to buy a new PCB but the website says I can't buy without buying a frogpad
You can try adding lead to the PCB diodes in the offending switch section.
Do you have a picture showing where it is?
i'll have to be careful to not short the pins on the left while adding solder right?
Yes, that's right, I was referring to the lack of lead, which could be not touching properly.
