Reach Private Network over Cloudflare

My problem is that i don't have a public IP-Address. So i thought it might be possible to do this over a Domainname, Zero Trust Tunnels and Warp. However i tried and honestly i don't know what to do. So if there someone could help me or provide me something like a manual that would be great
