Macro to resize tokens based on the image resolution
Type: Macro
Short Description: A macro that can resize a token (dimensions (grid spaces)) based on the image resolution of the token.
Long Description:
I hope this is a relatively simple macro for those with the know-how. I want the following:
Example tokens:
PP_Vehicle_Car_01_4x4 (2048x2048 pixels)
Grid resolution = 512px per 1:1 grid unit (every artist has a different one, i.e. forgotten adventures have it at 400px per 1:1)
The details for the image resolution are taken from the image specified in the Image Path
(Token -> Token Configuration -> Appearance -> Image Path)
- Select a token/s
- Click Macro
- Macro resizes the token from whatever its current dimensions are to the following calculation:
Example: (2048px / 512px = 4 grid unit) So token becomes 4x4.
- It's important to have the ability to adjust the value of the grid resolution easily within the macro to allow different artists to use it. i.e. the Grid resolution is a value that one can edit and change within the macro.
IF the above is impossible (i.e. Foundry can't read an image resolution), then the macro should be done using the last number of the file name, e.g.
Budget: 30$ (if this is more difficult than it seems/requires bigger budget, do tell and we can negotiate the price)
