CI bought an .ai and WHOIS privacy is garbage . I opened 2 tickets and want a refund but nobody replied . this is the first , last, and worst support service I ever had after paying for 2 years registration .

If namecheap does it riht away and no whois info is shared from the get go.
worst is that there is nobody to speak to. after they cash out you're on you own.

Cwe customers have legitimate reason to complain. because once it's out, it's out. Spam calls, spam emais all the time.
