Fit check winter jacket

Hi all, I would appreciate your all opinion on the jacket I've bought. I've been in search for a winter jacket for the past month, been reading a lot and I need to say, the more I read, the more confused I am. So I've been buying and returning bunch of jackets in the past month and didn't found anything I liked/fitted. On weekend I've got this new jacket that I like quite a lot, but it feels to me, that the fit isn't right. I like length of jacket itself, I think shoulders fits quite nicely. However sleeves looks too long and also it feels quite loose even with two layers I have. It feels like I could fit another fall jacket underneath if I wanted to. I've never owned thick winter jacket, so I don't know how good jacket "should" feel on you. I've always wore woolen coats and those are quite slim in comparison. I've tried reading on all this "fit" matter, but there are so much conflicting information on what length sleeves should be for example. One article says, it needs to be till the base on the hand, another that it should be till base of the thumb or knuckles. Same with jacket being loose, did some "tests", like hug test, etc, but still not clear for me. I'm thinking maybe stranger eyes can help me with it. How does it look for you? Is it baggy? Is it okay? Would appreciate any input or even suggestion of similar style jackets in that matter. P.S I've tried Medium size of this jacket and it's too tight on my hips, I can't walk or zip it up freely.

In my opinion it fits you well. I see what you mean about the arms, but I think they’re fine. The arms’ end around the first knuckle of your thumbs, I think it’s fine. About the roominess.. I’d rather have a looser, more comfortable winter jacket than one which restricts my movement if I throw it over multiple layers. So if you feel comfortable in it, I wouldn’t worry too much.
