Apollo 88H-T-SC

Having a look at the flashing guide for this PCB, the QMK toolbox app doesn't have a 'flash when ready' button' for me. Also to confirm, do i need to hit the reset button? (i've assembled the keyboard already but can take the pcb out, just making sure i actually need to press the button first)
