Best practices to work with a team

Hello I'm using workers to deploy an api that is using KV, R2, D1, Stream and Images I wonder what's the best practice to run this on the dev's machines ? Should they all create cloudflare accounts and use their own api keys ? Because if I give them access to the main project, I did not find any way to limit what they can access. Thanks in advance
