Need help with my role reaction bot pls

Hello again everyone! I almost managed to get my bot to work but I don't understand why the reaction isn't added when I click on the emoji.. I'm really embarrassed because everything works so far except that :/ Here is a short video of what it does when I run in VSCODE and I also sent you the complete bot file.
