VAN 1067 CRASH NEED HELP

over the past couple of weeks my valorant has been crashing more and more often with the connection error code 1067. now my game at a point where it's basically impossible to stay on the homepage for over a few minutes or load into a game. i am running on windows 11 as my pc came with it and i think that may be the root of the issue in some way, but i have tried almost everything and cannot seem to find out what i need to do to fix this problem. does anyone know?

• everything is up to date (graphics drivers, software, etc.) and i meet all system requirements to play the game
• i have gone into my BIOS and made sure that secure boot and TPM 2.0 are enabled
• my internet/ethernet is secure and stable
• restarted vgc services but it seems to be crashing even while it is running

i've redownloaded the riot client, vanguard, and valorant itself, along with everything else i have done so far and still seem to be coming across this error. i believe it has to do with the relationship between windows 11 and riot because my league of legends also crashes multiple times mid game although i am not encountering errors while playing on other games and platforms. my pc came with windows 11 preinstalled and i recently found out i can revert back to windows 10, but i am not confident in making a software change if i am able to fix this problem without it since that will only result in me having to go through much more trouble resetting my entire pc.
