(RESOLVED) [FABRIC 1.20.2] end island renders weirdly

MC version 1.20.2 i have the graphics settings cranked to extreme, and walked around the island a bit to let it build, then walked away. this is the result... idk if it's intended are there some advanced settings I should change to avoid this?
