Any shaderpack griefs all other applications
I have a decent system, 3070 ti, ryzen 7 5800x. When I load any shaderpack, whenever i am tabbed into minecraft, any video playing will freeze, discord screenshare freezes and more. It is as if all cpu usage gets sucked out of all other applications.
However my cpu usage when tabbed in is only about 30%, and gpu usage 50-60%. This is only an issue for me since updating from 1.19 to 1.20. anybody else have this issue?
