C# library to send emails at a set time
Does anyone know of a way (C# library) to use a C# project to send an email to you at a set time no matter what? I understand that windows scheduler only works if your computer is on (I can be wrong)?

no program will work unless the computer you're running it on is on
Thanks for the reply. that's what I was afraid of. someone told me about cloud computing, but was hoping it would be free to use it
