What would go well with this reversible jacket?

So my dad recently gave me his 38 year old jacket that he can no longer use (he hasn't worn it in 10+ years), I personally feel like this appeals to me so I wanted to use it more consistently.
It is chocolate brown on the cuffs/ends and light brown everywhere else on one side (I apologize if the pic makes it look like olive, but it isn't), and white/beige ish on the other.
As it is this old, it also has some yellow ish stains on the white side, is there a way to fix this without harming this jacket?
Also the jacket has "First Image" tag on it but I am unable to find anything about this brand - if anyone can find similar, please let me know. He bought it in an import shipping port in India in 1985.
Coming to what I have with me:
1) White tshirt
2) Light brown tshirt
3) Solid color black jeans
4) Solid color blue jeans
5) New balance 880v12 running shoes (I dont have any other shoe)
I'm not sure if a good fit is doable with above, if not - please suggest what I should buy/get.
Usecase would be for dates and office. (I'm 25 years if that matters)
