Getting Anno 1800 to run (Ubisoft Connect Issue)
Hello, I am trying to get Anno 1800 to run on my system. I have come as far as to install Ubisoft Connect, but after logging in I receive the message "An Epic Games service is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later." I happen to get that result with Wine-GE-latest, Wine-GE-Proton8-24, Proton-GE-Proton8-25, Proton-GE-latest and wine-ge-8-24-x86_64.
Digging up the log for Anno 1800 reveals an error message with the following content:
When I tried the other wine versions, that error extended also with the number 248, 594, 504 and 568 as well as some other code. I have attached the log for Anno 1800 as well. Thank you for your help!
